ALO Softsculpt Amp It Up 運動內衣 - 白色/黑色

The medium-compression fit is exactly what I wanted for barre class—it holds everything in place without digging in, and the white/black colorblocking looks sharp under a loose tank. I've worn it through three sessions already and the fabric still smooths like day one.

The medium-compression fabric genuinely does the sculpting work—I don’t feel like I’m being squeezed, just held in place. It’s become my go-to for both studio sessions and running errands since it moves with me without any shifting.

Finally found a bra that actually stays put through a full hot yoga session, the medium compression is just right without digging in. The sculpting effect is real too, smooths everything out under a tank without feeling like a corset.
