美國公路之旅：12吋調味鑄鐵平底鍋，維吉尼亞

The state outline engraving on the bottom is a nice touch, but what really sold me is how evenly this skillet heats across the entire surface. I used it for a cornbread bake last weekend and the crust came out perfectly golden without any hot spots. Already planning my next state in the series.

The Virginia state outline etched into the handle is such a nice touch, makes it feel like a real keepsake rather than just another pan. Seasoning was even and smooth right out of the box, and the 12-inch size handles a full batch of cornbread without crowding.

First cook in it and the eggs slid right off, which I did not expect from a skillet that hasn't been broken in for years. The Virginia outline on the bottom is a nice touch that makes it feel like a keepsake, not just a pan I'll use every day.
