ARTEMIS Organic Velvet - Black Sample

The nap is dense and the black is so deep it almost swallows the light, exactly what I hoped for the reupholstery project. It's a splurge, but seeing it in person against my floorboards made the decision easy.

Finally got the sample to see if the black works in my living room, and the velvet is so dense and plush—the hand feel is genuinely luxurious. The deep black hue is exactly what I was hoping for, rich without looking flat. Definitely ordering the full yardage now.
