Bio-Kult 三合一益生菌軟糖（青少年專用），黑加侖口味

My 15-year-old actually reminds me to take these every morning, which never happened with the capsules. The three-in-one blend of prebiotics, probiotics, and vitamins in one gummy makes it so easy to stay on top of things, and the blackcurrant flavour masks any chalky aftertaste.

The blackcurrant taste is genuinely good and not mediciney at all which was my biggest worry. My 14-year-old remembers to grab one every morning without me nagging, and the fact it's a 3-in-1 biotic with multivitamins means I feel like we've got the bases covered.

My teenager actually looks forward to taking his vitamins now, and the blackcurrant taste is spot on. It's a relief to have the biotic and multivitamin combined in one gummy for this age group, since getting him to take multiple supplements was a daily battle.
