Blackfoot River Outfitters, Inc., MT

The guided trip I booked through this outfitter was incredibly well-organized, from the gear check to the on-river instruction. The guide knew exactly where the fish were holding that day. My casting improved noticeably by the end of the afternoon.

The Orvis endorsement really shows in how knowledgeable the guide was about the local hatches. My first cast with their recommended dry fly landed perfectly, and the shop's selection of flies was better than any I've seen in the area. I've already booked my next trip with them.

Had to drive past two other fly shops to get here, and it was worth every mile. The Orvis endorsement shows in how dialed-in their gear selection is for the Blackfoot and the Bitterroot.
