Blue Fog Linen Potholder

This potholder gives me a confident grip on my cast iron skillet, and the quilted padding really does block the heat. The blue fog linen color is exactly what my kitchen needed.

The quilted padding is thick enough that I don't feel heat through it, but the linen surface gets a bit slippery when my hands are slightly damp. It does the job for pulling a baking sheet out, though I wouldn't say the grip is anything special. I'll keep it for lighter tasks.
