Bonds Blackcurrant & Liquorice (UK) - 120g

These are proper old-school hard candies, not the chewy stuff, and the sweetness mellows into that distinct liquorice kick after a few seconds. The 120g bag is perfect for keeping in my desk drawer for a midday pick-me-up. I've already finished one bag and ordered another.

The hard candy has that perfect balance of tart and sweet—the blackcurrant really shines before the liquorice kicks in. Definitely feels like an old-fashioned treat.

The blackcurrant flavor is incredibly authentic and tart, not artificial at all. They're a proper hard candy that lasts a long time in your mouth, just the way I remember from childhood trips.
