乳房護理冷熱敷墊

The cold pack stays flexible even straight out of the freezer, which makes it way easier to mold around sore spots than I expected. I've been alternating with the warm setting after feedings, and the relief is noticeable within a few minutes.

The gel packs mold nicely to the breast and hold their warmth for a good while, which made those first engorgement days much more manageable. I keep one in the fridge and one in the warmer, so there’s always a pack ready depending on what I need at the moment.

After a particularly uncomfortable night, these packs were a lifesaver—the gel inserts mold perfectly and stay at temperature for a solid 20 minutes. I used the cold side first for the swelling, and it felt so good I nearly fell asleep.
