I wasn't sure a smaller towel would be as useful, but this bar towel manages to be just as absorbent as a full-size one. It fits perfectly on the counter without flopping over the edge, which is a huge plus for a small kitchen.

The compact size is perfect for grabbing mid-shift without taking up half my apron, and it still soaked up a full pint spill without leaving the counter sticky. Drying fast on the bar rail hook afterward, too—it's become my go-to rag.

This little towel’s absorbency is seriously impressive for its size—it handles spills way better than my old bar towel. I use it constantly for drying glasses and it's already become my go-to kitchen sidekick.
