CALM 鎂甘胺酸鹽覆盆子檸檬水口味，4 盎司（113 克）粉末

The raspberry-lemonade flavor is genuinely refreshing, not chalky like other magnesium powders I've tried, and it dissolves cleanly in water. A single scoop before bed has noticeably improved how quickly I drift off, and the tension in my shoulders finally lets go at night.

I’ve been mixing this into my evening water for two weeks now, and the raspberry-lemonade flavor is genuinely pleasant—not chalky or overly sweet like other powders I’ve tried. The 4-ounce canister lasts longer than I expected since a little scoop goes a long way, and I actually look forward to that

The powder dissolves clear and fast, so I can sip it without chalky grit. I’ve been taking it about 20 minutes before bed and the tension in my shoulders just melts away.
