The olive oil these come in is genuinely good, not the cheap filler stuff, so I've been spooning it over pasta too. Capers themselves are firm and tangy without being vinegar-sharp.
The capers are plumper than the brined ones I usually buy, and the olive oil they're packed in is actually good enough to drizzle over the plate. I've been spooning them onto grilled fish and pasta all week.
