Cocosrocks Mjölkchoklad 4Kg

The 4kg block is a proper bulk buy — one slab lasted our bakery display for weeks. The milk chocolate breaks cleanly and melts evenly, which made tempering for dipped treats surprisingly hassle-free.

The 4kg block is perfect for my bakery’s chocolate needs, and it melts so smoothly for dipping. I’ve already gone through half the box in a week, which says a lot about the quality.

Bought this for the office candy jar and it’s lasted way longer than I expected. The 4kg bulk size means I won’t need to restock for months, though I do wish it came in smaller chunks for easier portioning.
