My baby used to spit hers out within seconds, but these actually stay in thanks to the nipple flattening naturally when she closes down on it. The cloud and blush colors are subtle and pretty too, not the usual loud pastels.

The valve design actually works — the nipple flattens down naturally instead of staying stiff, and my daughter took to it on the first try. The cloud and blush colors are subtle and pretty too.

These stay in my daughter's mouth way longer than her old ones, I think the valve makes the nipple soften instead of just collapsing. Only thing is the cloud color shows spit-up stains a bit more than I'd like.
