馬里蘭州Dowell 2日綜合飛蠅釣學校

The drive from BWI was easy, and having two full days instead of cramming everything into one made the casting drills really sink in. I went from barely getting line out to actually placing flies where I aimed by the second afternoon.

The two-day format was perfect for getting past the initial learning curve; by the second afternoon I was confidently casting into a light wind. The instructors were patient and broke down the roll cast into easy, repeatable steps. I finally feel ready to hit a real river on my own.
