These noodles held up perfectly in a spicy drunken noodle stir-fry, keeping their chewy bite without turning to mush. The wide cut soaked up the sauce just right, and the brown and black rice blend gives them a nice nutty flavor you don't get from standard white rice noodles.

The brown and black rice blend gives these wide noodles a nice earthy chew that really soaks up the sauce in my Pad Kee Mao. They cooked up al dente in about 8 minutes and didn't turn to mush, which is all I ask for.
