Third year I've managed to get my hands on this and it never disappoints — the natural process gives it this wild, fruity depth that changes as it cools. Roberto Ullua clearly knows what he's doing with these small lots.

I’m honestly surprised how much complexity fits into such a small crop, the sweetness is deep and the finish lingers beautifully. Roberto’s consistency over the years really shows in this lot, worth grabbing before it’s gone again.
