Elton John, Colorado, 1974

The way the Rocky Mountain landscape frames Elton in that studio setting makes the whole scene feel alive, and the print quality brings out every shadow detail. It’s a nice piece for any fan of his mid-70s era, though you’ll want a good frame to match its moody tones.

The grain of the photo really pulls you into that 1974 Caribou Ranch session—you can almost hear the mountains in the background. Framed it above my desk and the black-and-white tones match the room perfectly.

Got this as a gift for my husband, who's a huge Elton fan — the shot of him at Caribou Ranch really captures that wild 70s energy. Print quality is sharp and the framing feels museum-grade, looks fantastic over our fireplace.
