The tasting notes on this batch are spot-on—smooth, rich, and exactly what you'd expect from beans that were shared with so much care by the growers themselves. I've already ordered a second bag for my morning pour-over, and it's become the highlight of my day.

The caramel notes came through beautifully in my pour-over, and the beans were roasted just right for a smooth morning cup. I only wish I’d ordered more before it sold out.

The hospitality the Carranzas showed their guests really comes through in every cup—it tastes like they put their whole farm into it. I brewed it in my French press and the aroma filled the whole kitchen before I even poured. Sad it's sold out now, but glad I grabbed a bag when I did.
