The 11.5mm hoop is dainty without feeling flimsy, and the amethyst charm catches the light nicely. I've worn them every day since they arrived and they haven't tarnished or irritated my ears, which is rare for me. Even with my small earlobes, they sit just right.

I bought these for my sister whose birthday is in February and the tiny 3.9mm amethyst charm is such a pretty, subtle purple. The hoops are only 11.5mm so they sit close to the lobe, which is exactly what I wanted for everyday wear.

The amethyst color is a perfect match for the February birthstone, and the 11.5mm hoops are dainty but still visible. I wish the silver plating felt a bit more substantial, but they look lovely on.
