First time I’ve lit a candle that actually smells like a damp forest trail instead of cheap air freshener—the oakmoss base keeps it grounded and real. Burned for a couple hours and the sage came through nicely without getting sharp.
The lavender and spruce hit first, then the oakmoss settles in like a forest floor after rain. It’s dewy and earthy without being heavy, and the burn is clean and even. I’ve lit it every evening this week and the scent still fills the whole room.
The oakmoss base note really comes through after about twenty minutes of burning—it's earthy without being heavy, and the sage keeps it fresh. My whole hallway smells like a misty forest walk, and the throw is strong enough for a decent-sized room.
