First fish I filleted with this and the flexible blade followed the backbone so smoothly I didn't need to touch the spine a second time. The 7-inch length and black titanium coating kept it gliding through skin without any sticking, and it rinsed clean in seconds.

That black titanium coating made my prep look clean and it glides through skin-on salmon like butter. The flexible blade did exactly what I needed when working around the ribs, and the grip stayed secure even with wet hands.

The flexible blade bends just right along the spine of a trout, making clean cuts without shredding the meat, and the handle gives a firm grip even when wet. I’ve used it three times this week and it still feels razor-sharp out of the box.
