Forest Hills Wrap (Knit)

The leaf motif really anchors the whole design, and the openwork sections break it up just enough to keep things interesting without feeling busy. I’ve knit it twice now, and the second time the repeat was so familiar I barely needed to glance at the chart.

The openwork pattern is what sold me — it looks way more intricate than it actually is, and once you get the leaf motif going, the repeat makes it fly. I’m already two rows in and the drape is lovely, smooth and even.
