Ooni Karu 2 Pro 專用瓦斯燃燒器

I was skeptical about switching from wood to gas, but this burner makes the whole process so much simpler. It fits into the rear port perfectly and gives you that steady, consistent heat without any tending.

Sliding it into the rear port took about ten seconds, and the flame stayed perfectly steady through a whole batch of pizzas. Made backyard cooking feel almost too easy, honestly.

The slide-in installation took me under a minute, which is huge for lazy weeknight pizzas. Having the propane dial right there means I can finally hold a steady heat without babysitting the firebox every few minutes.
