巨杉，嫩芽

I’ve never tried a gemmo before, but the fact that it’s made from young shoots of the giant redwood felt like a gentle, plant-based approach I could trust. The extract is smooth under the tongue and I like that a little goes a long way.

I’ve been taking this gemmo for about three weeks—the tiny dropper makes dosing super easy. My usual afternoon slump has lifted, and I feel more grounded without any jitters.

My stress levels have been noticeably lower since starting this extract, and I appreciate that it's made from young shoots rather than mature bark. The dropper makes it easy to measure out exactly 15 drops each morning.
