Gluten Free Wholegrain Rice Fusilli 500g

I was worried gluten free pasta would turn to mush, but this fusilli holds its shape nicely and has a decent whole grain bite to it. The 9 minute cook time is a lifesaver on weeknights too.

Nine minutes in boiling water and it still holds a nice bite, which is more than I can say for most rice pastas I've tried. The wholegrain gives it a slightly nutty taste that actually works with a simple tomato sauce. My non-gluten-free husband couldn't tell the difference.

I was skeptical about gluten free pasta but this wholegrain rice fusilli actually has a nice nutty flavor. Nine minutes in boiling water and it's done, no mushy texture at all.
