The guava here isn't candy-sweet like I feared, it's green and a little tart, almost like the fruit right off the tree. Wore it to a backyard dinner and two people asked what I had on.
I was worried a guava scent would turn out candy-sweet, but this stays green and slightly tart, like fruit still on the branch. It wears close to the skin for the first hour, then the tropical notes open up nicely.
The opening is very tropical and juicy, but I wish it lasted a bit longer on my skin. Still, it's a truly unique and artistic scent that stands out from typical fruity perfumes.
