Hario 手沖秤

The weight readings stay perfectly stable during my pour, which makes dialing in my recipe so much smoother. I love that the timer starts with the weight change, so I don’t have to fumble for a button while my coffee’s blooming.

The built-in timer on this scale has completely streamlined my morning pour over routine, and the weight readings are instant and steady. It’s compact enough to keep right on my counter, and the tare function works flawlessly even with my ceramic dripper on top.

Switching from my phone’s timer and a kitchen scale to this all-in-one setup was a total game changer. The built-in timer starting the moment the coffee hits the scale means I nail my pour-over ratios every single morning without fumbling around.
