Started weighing my grounds and water on this and the consistency in my cups is night and day. The timer function is a lifesaver for keeping my pours on track, and it's compact enough to leave on the counter.
Exactly the tool my pour-over routine was missing; the built-in timer switching to the weight readout mid-brew keeps my ratio dead on every single time. For the price, it’s hard to beat this kind of consistency without going full commercial.
The timer and scale working together on one unit makes my morning pour-over way less fiddly—no more juggling my phone's stopwatch. It's accurate enough that my brew ratios finally feel repeatable, and the compact footprint doesn't crowd my counter.
