The hazelnut flavor is genuinely rich without being overly sweet, and the texture is smooth enough to sip quickly between meetings. It kept me full for a solid few hours, which is exactly what I needed from a meal replacement.

The hazelnut flavor is genuinely rich without being overly sweet, and it kept me full through a long afternoon of errands. Honestly, I didn't expect a shake to taste this good while still feeling like a proper meal.
