Hellfire - 憤怒橙 / 櫻桃橙死神辣醬 148 毫升

The sweetness from the cherry and peach really tames the Carolina Reaper burn without hiding it—I've been putting it on eggs and grilled chicken all week. The citrus comes through at the end, which makes it more interesting than your average vinegar-based hot sauce.

I was bracing for pure heat, but the cherry and citrus actually balance the Carolina Reaper beautifully — the mandarin sweetness hits first, then the burn creeps up slow and satisfying. A little goes a long way on eggs, and the 148 ml bottle will last me months.

The peach and apricot really shine through before the Carolina Reaper kicks in, so it’s fruity but properly fierce. I’ve been dousing my tacos and eggs with it all week, and the 148 ml bottle is lasting longer than I thought it would.
