I’m a sucker for the Japan Icons series, and this shishimai version is the cutest one yet—that lion mane framing her face is so fluffy and playful. The stitching feels sturdy and the colors are way more vibrant in person. Definitely adding it to my desk for a cheerful pick-me-up.

The mane and bell details on this little shishimai costume are stitched so neatly, it feels like a tiny piece of festival decor you can cuddle. I’ve been displaying it on my shelf, but honestly, it’s too soft not to hug every time I walk past.
