Finally, a meal replacement that doesn't feel like a chalky protein shake—the balanced macros actually keep me full for a solid four hours at my desk. I grab one on the way to work and it's genuinely saved my lunch break.

The texture is surprisingly smooth for something that’s supposed to be a full meal, and I love that I don’t have to think about vitamins or macros when I’m running between meetings. It’s genuinely kept me full past 4pm, which my old protein shakes never did.

I’ve been swapping my lunch for these bottles three times a week now, and the balanced macros keep me full without that heavy feeling. The vitamins and minerals are a solid bonus since I’m bad at remembering my daily greens.
