Hunter S. Thompson 於格拉梅西公園酒店，紐約市，1977

The way the light falls across his face in this 1977 shot from the Gramercy Park Hotel makes the whole scene feel like it's from another era. The print arrived crisp and the archival quality really shows in the fine details of his expression.

The expression Lynn Goldsmith captured here is pure gonzo — that smirk and those sunglasses say everything. The print arrived well-packaged and the paper has a nice, matte finish that makes the hotel room shadows feel alive.

The black-and-white tones in this print really capture the raw energy of that era, and Lynn Goldsmith’s timing is perfect—you can almost hear the chaos in the room. It’s framed and hung in my office now, and every guest stops to ask about it. Exactly the kind of piece I was hoping to find.
