Hydramate 電解質飲料沖泡粉，檸檬萊姆口味 – 48 包

Three times the electrolytes means I actually feel the difference after my morning runs, and the mix dissolves clear without that chalky grit. The 75% less sugar is a win too, since I can sip it all day without the jitters or a sugar crash.

The lemon-lime flavor is spot on, not too sweet, and I love that there’s 75% less sugar than what I used to chug during workouts. Mixes up clear in a few shakes, no clumps left at the bottom of my bottle. This is my third box, so I’m clearly hooked.

I was skeptical about how three times the electrolytes would taste, but each sachet dissolves cleanly with no chalky residue. The 75% less sugar means I don't get that syrupy sweetness, just a crisp lemon-lime that actually makes me want to drink more water.
