I finally got to use some of my stash of this giant chenille cake, and the 437 yards are perfect for a big, cozy blanket. The texture is so velvety soft, and the 800-gram weight made it feel substantial without being too heavy to work with.

The 800-gram cake is an absolute beast—my arm actually got tired holding it while I wound it into a ball. Chenille this thick makes the softest, squishiest blanket I've ever gifted, and I'm sad I can't order more.

I was so bummed this yarn got discontinued, but I'm hoarding the 800-gram cake I have. The chenille texture is incredibly plush, and 437 yards went way further than I expected for a giant blanket. It's my favorite snuggly project ever.
