Joan Jett 在 CBGB's 表演，紐約市，1976 年

The grainy black-and-white texture makes you feel like you're standing in that sweaty club in '76, right in front of the stage. I've stared at this print for ten minutes and keep noticing new details in her expression. It's the kind of piece that makes my whole living room feel cooler.

The way Lynn Goldsmith captured the raw energy of that tiny CBGB's stage is incredible — you can almost hear the feedback through the photo paper. It's framed perfectly and looks even better on my wall than I imagined.

The grain in the black-and-white print really brings out the raw energy of that CBGB's set—it feels like you're right there in the crowd. I've got it framed in my music room, and the texture of the archival paper adds a nice, tactile depth.
