約翰·藍儂在切爾西國王路上的Club Dell’Aretusa為Apple Tailoring舉辦的預展開幕派對上。現場有攝影記者、記者，還有許多那些派對上常見的時髦人士，以及我。約翰心情大好，在地下室為宣傳照擺姿勢，並哼唱著一首小曲「我會蘋果你，如果你蘋果我...」，身旁是他（當時尚未公開的）女友小野洋子。為了不打擾他們，我沒有拍攝約翰與洋子的合照。於是約翰請我幫他拍些照片。隔天，約翰和洋子正式公開了他們在一起的消息。
