園藝之樂：日常除草中的禪意

I was skeptical a book about mowing could hold my attention, but the writing is so calm and observant that I actually found myself slowing down my own morning routine. It’s the kind of read that makes you appreciate the quiet rhythm of the job rather than rushing through it.

I didn't expect a book about mowing to be such a calming read, but the way it frames lawn care as a form of meditation really stuck with me. The writing is clear and inviting, making even the chore feel purposeful.

Some chapters made me want to put the book down mid-page and just go stare at my yard. The way it frames mowing as a mindful ritual rather than a chore actually changed my whole Sunday routine.
