Keith Richards, 2011

The way Danny Clinch captured that quiet intensity here is remarkable—you can almost feel the cigarette smoke in the air. It's a perfect piece of rock and roll history, and the black-and-white treatment gives it a timeless, gritty feel.

The grain in this black-and-white print is gorgeous—Danny Clinch really captured that quiet intensity in Keith's expression without it feeling staged. I've got it framed in the hallway and catch myself stopping to look at it every time I pass.
