The recessed edge on this board really works well for catching juices when I'm carving a roast, and it's thick enough that it doesn't slide around on the counter. Looks just as nice on the table for serving cheese as it does in the kitchen for chopping.

It’s heavy and solid enough to handle serious chopping without sliding around, and the recessed edges catch any juices perfectly when I serve cheese straight from it.

The wood grain is really beautiful, and the recessed edge works perfectly for catching juices when I'm carving a roast. It's heavy enough that it doesn't slide around on the counter, which is exactly what I wanted.
