Klare Aminos 苦檸檬口味

Mix it with cold water post-workout and it dissolves instantly, no clumpy residue. I’ve noticed my legs feel way less wrecked the morning after a heavy leg day, so the fast uptake is doing its job.

Usually I grab a protein shake after lifting, but this amino complex is way easier on my stomach and the bitter lemon taste is actually refreshing. Mixed with cold water it dissolves instantly with no clumps, and I feel like my recovery is quicker on those heavy training days.

I was skeptical about another supplement drink, but the bitter lemon taste is actually refreshing, not artificial. Took it right after an intense workout and felt genuinely less sore the next morning, plus the quick absorption means it doesn't sit heavy in the stomach.
