I was worried the lime would make it too sour, but it's actually really balanced and just subtly sweet. The fizz is gentle rather than aggressive, so it goes down easy without feeling like soda. Been keeping a few in the fridge for after work.
Didn't expect a kombucha this light — the bubbles are fine and crisp rather than harsh, and it's only subtly sweet so it doesn't taste like soda. The 330ml can is the perfect size to grab with lunch.
The ginger lime combo is really zingy without being too sweet, and it's nice that it's only subtly sweet rather than syrupy like some other kombuchas I've tried. The 330ml can is a perfect size for lunch.
