First opened it expecting an overly sweet soda, but the fermentation gives it a nice sharp kick without being vinegary. That slight natural fizz makes it a real treat when I’m craving something other than plain water, and it’s definitely helped my digestion feel more settled after meals.
The fizz on this is way gentler than soda, more like a soft sparkle that makes it easy to sip straight from the 330ml bottle. I've been swapping my afternoon can of pop for one of these and the fermented tea tang grew on me by the second bottle.
I was expecting something way too sour, but this is actually mild and just a little fizzy. The fermentation gives it a nice tang without being harsh, and one bottle is enough for me.
