薰衣草與月亮

I wasn’t expecting the cinnamon to come through so softly, but it rounds out the lavender and sage beautifully. Popped one after a stressful day and my shoulders finally unclenched before I even hit the pillow.

Took one about 20 minutes before bed and the cinnamon warmth underneath the lavender really did quiet my racing thoughts. Fell asleep faster than I have in weeks, no grogginess the next morning.

The lavender comes through soft and true, not perfumey, and that whisper of cinnamon is just enough to make it feel cozy. I took a few deep breaths before bed and the tension in my shoulders genuinely let go. This one's earned a permanent spot on my nightstand.
