The quilted outer layer and padded interior really do keep my forearm safe from the heat of the baking sheet, and the print adds a nice touch to the kitchen.

I love that the botanical print makes this mitt feel less utilitarian and more like part of my kitchen decor. The quilted outside combined with the insulation padding kept my forearm completely safe when pulling a hot casserole from the oven.

The padding is thick enough that I can grab a hot cast iron skillet without feeling any heat, and the botanical print makes it look pretty hanging in the kitchen.
