The oily seeds have a nice, mild nutty taste that works well stirred into my morning porridge. Plus, knowing the whole bag is paper and plastic-free makes the purchase feel even better.
The switch to a paper bag feels like a small win for the pantry, and the seeds inside are just as fresh and nutty as ever. I've been adding a spoonful to my morning porridge and the omega fats make it feel like a proper health kick without any fuss.
The omega fatty acids are a solid addition to my morning oats, and I love that the bag is 100% plastic-free. It pours easily and the seeds taste fresh, though I just wish the bag had a resealable tab since I go through it slowly.
