Mango and Passionfruit Water Kefir 250ml

The passionfruit really comes through first, then the mango softens it out. I like that it's fermented but not fizzy-sour like some kombuchas I've tried, so it goes down easy straight from the 250ml bottle.

Picked this up to replace my afternoon soda and the fizz is gentler than I expected, more like a light kombucha than anything. The mango comes through sweet first and then that tangy passionfruit finishes it off. Only 250ml so I wish the bottle were bigger.

The passionfruit really cuts through the mango here, so it's tangy rather than syrupy sweet. The 250ml bottle is the perfect size for one sitting, and I love that it's fermented so it feels like a treat that's actually doing something for my gut.
