Marianne Faithfull, 1982

The way Lynn Goldsmith captured Marianne's defiant expression in this 1982 portrait gives me chills every time I look at it. The print quality is excellent too, with rich blacks and fine detail that really bring out the texture in her leather jacket.

The portrait itself is beautifully shot and captures her intensity perfectly, but the print arrived with a slight curl at one corner that took some flattening under books. It's a decent piece for the price, though I'd have liked a bit more info on the paper quality before buying.
