The flexible strap really locks my heel in place without rubbing. Only wish the sole had a bit more arch support for all-day wear, but they're great for post-run recovery around the house.

The strap on these is noticeably more agile than my old recovery sandals, giving my arches a bit of extra support while I'm just shuffling around the house. They took a couple of wears to break in at the toe post, but now they're comfortable enough for a full day of errands.
