MEY MEH Velvet - Sienna

The sienna and gold tones are deeper in person than the photos suggest, and the velvet has a nice weight without feeling stiff. I used it to re-cover a pair of dining chair seats and the architectural motif lines up beautifully across each one.

The geometric pattern on this velvet is way more intricate in person than I expected, the gold threads really catch the light against the warm red base. I used it for a cushion cover and the pile feels dense and plush, not that stiff cheap velvet.

I reupholstered two dining chairs with this and the geometric pattern looks way more expensive than the price. The gold threads catch the lamp light beautifully at night, though the pile does show vacuum marks until you brush them out.
